Who are we?

The mission of the Competence Supply Office is to make the future workforce visible and to be an active part in solving Norrköping's competence supply needs. With our shared resources and professional competence, we are a central part internally and externally for societal growth and individual development.

We design effective and flexible training based on competence supply needs and career changes in working life, as well as initiatives for those who are far from the labor market. We provide our residents with the opportunity to grow and develop, ensuring that the path to self-sufficiency is as short as possible. This increases the quality of life for residents, where more take responsibility and contribute to a sustainable future.

Competence supply is the term that unites us in our mission across all the operations we work for. Within the office, we are about 400 employees responsible for social assistance according to the Social Services Act, municipal labor market measures, budget and debt counseling, and adult education from SFI to higher vocational education. We provide administrative support to the competence supply committee.

Your responsibilities

In this role, you have overall responsibility for the office's information management and act in a coordinating and supportive function towards the operations.

You work both strategically and operationally to ensure appropriate, legally secure, and efficient handling of information throughout the office. Within the municipality, there are networks with other information coordinators/registrars.

You are responsible for developing and managing working methods related to personal data handling and information security, as well as supporting the operations in applying relevant legislation and internal governing documents.

The role involves driving development work, contributing to competence enhancement, and ensuring that information management maintains a high and uniform quality. In your work, you support the office's registry.

You also coordinate the office's work within archives, document and case management, public documents, and incoming mail, playing a central role in collaboration with the registry and city archive.

Your assignment includes participating in working methods and systems, focusing on ensuring sustainable and long-term solutions for information management.

Who are you?

We are looking for someone with an academic background in law, political science, archival science, or another education that the employer deems equivalent. Alternatively, you have a registrar's education.

We seek someone who is senior with extensive experience and developed knowledge. You have experience in document and case management within public operations and good knowledge of municipal operations.

You have good knowledge of archives and the Public Access to Information and Secrecy Act, the Freedom of the Press Act, and related regulations.

You possess excellent administrative skills, are structured, and are used to working in various systems.

As a person, you are self-driven and service-oriented. You are proactive and methodical.

You thrive in a coordinating role, have an easy time building networks, and collaborating with different functions.

You are confident in your competence and have the ability to understand complex processes and regulations where you work qualitatively.

You work goal-oriented and actively contribute to development within your areas of responsibility.
