About the Position

Management System Support (MSS), a central part of Group Function Quality, is seeking a Company Instructions Administrator who wants to contribute to a modern and well-functioning management system in a technically advanced organization. The role involves being a key person in the work of creating clarity, structure, and quality in governing documents.

MSS consists of about 14 employees, mainly based in Linköping with complementary expertise in Arboga. The department supports Saab's operations in updating and maintaining documentation in the management systems based on both internal requirements and external regulations, including quality standards and regulatory requirements.

As a Company Instructions Administrator, the function will be central to ensuring that Saab meets high standards of quality and regulatory compliance, and that the organization works based on current and correctly formulated governing documents.

Your Main Responsibilities

  • Support Saab's operations in updating and maintaining documentation in their management system.
  • Ensure that the documentation complies with applicable formal requirements from both external regulations and internal standards.

  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially MS Word

  • Relevant experience in administrative work

  • Good communication skills
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

It Is Meritorious If You Have:

  • Experience in the quality field
  • Experience with management systems
