Your Responsibilities
As an administrator at Saab, the focus of the role may vary depending on the needs of the organization. This means you can work broadly within administration or more specialized in a specific area.
Regardless of the assignment, you will be an important part of the operations at Saab. You will become a central support function for many within the organization, providing you with a broad network and good insight into the company's operations. Workdays are varied, and no day is like the other. The role is developmental and versatile, giving you the opportunity to support the operations both in large and small matters.
Examples of tasks that may be included in the role;
Work with document management and document review in various systems
Coordinate and plan activities as well as arrange meetings and travel
Participate in various meeting configurations and take meeting notes
Manage internal rentals and access permissions
Administer contracts, including registration of agreements and extensions/terminations
Provide administrative support to managers and employees
Handle orders in Saab's purchasing system
Your Profile
For the position of administrator at Saab, we are looking for someone who is positive, social, and customer-oriented, with a strong drive and initiative. You are well-organized, have an easy time collaborating and communicating, and are motivated by supporting both operations and people. The role involves working in an administrative function where the focus is on creating structure, providing service, and contributing your expertise in a dynamic and developing environment.
We see that you have:
Previous experience in administrative work, preferably within the industry
Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Good system knowledge and familiarity with the Office suite
Meritorious with a higher education in a relevant field (e.g., economics, engineering, human resources, administration)
The position requires you to undergo and be approved according to the applicable security protection regulations. For positions where Saab has requirements for security classification, this may, in certain cases, entail requirements for specific citizenship.

The employment is initially a consulting assignment, with opportunities for direct employment at Saab after a period of hiring. This means you will be employed by Skill but will perform your assignment and work at our client Saab. The start date for the position will be agreed upon considering the notice period.
