Are you a confident and operational HR professional who enjoys being close to the business and wants to be an important support in the daily work? Here you will get an independent consulting assignment where you drive central HR processes, work hands-on with labor law, work environment, and rehabilitation, and contribute to a stable and well-functioning everyday life.
About the position
This is a full-time consulting assignment lasting for 6 months. You will be employed by Bravura and work as a consultant for our client.

Responsibilities
In this role, you will be responsible for driving and managing operational HR processes and serving as a qualified support to managers on issues related to labor law, work environment, personnel matters, and rehabilitation. Since the business is production-oriented, your presence on-site is required to understand the daily operations and to act quickly on arising issues. You will work closely with both managers and employees and be their primary support in HR-related matters.
Your responsibilities include:
Driving and managing rehabilitation and sick leave cases together with responsible managers
Providing support to managers on labor law issues, union cooperation, and leadership
Being responsible for onboarding and offboarding of employees
Working with HR-related routines, processes, and documentation
Performing ongoing operational HR work related to production and collective agreements
Education, experience, and personal qualities
Post-secondary education in HR or equivalent
Documented experience in operational HR work
Experience in HR work within production or industrial operations is an advantage
Experience in independently managing rehabilitation cases

You work unpretentiously, are flexible and secure in change, and can shift focus as needed. With good analytical skills, you make well-founded decisions in both simple and complex HR issues. You are structured, create clarity, and drive work forward even at a fast pace, and serve as a stable and natural support in the organization.
