Do you want to work broadly within finance while being an important part of a global company? We are now looking for a meticulous and structured finance assistant who enjoys keeping track of details, flows, and reconciliations. Here, you will be a hub in the daily financial operations – focusing on orders, invoices, and follow-ups related to Real Estate.
You will join a growing company where the finance department plays a central role in creating structure, quality, and smooth processes. The role involves close collaboration with both the business and central finance.
As a finance assistant, you will work with:
Ensuring correct coding and payments of supplier invoices
Ongoing reconciliations between invoices and related agreements
Support in monthly closing through documentation and analysis
Reviewing income statements and balance sheets, as well as following up on discrepancies
Support in the purchasing process according to internal guidelines
Administration of purchase requests and purchase orders
Participation in improvement work and development of routines and working methods

To be successful in this role, you needHigh school diploma in economics or equivalent education.
At least 2–3 years of experience working in a finance department.
Be meticulous, structured, and used to working independently.
Good knowledge of Excel and preferably experience with SAP.
Communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Meritorious: Experience in purchasing and working with contracts.
