About the role In this role, you will work with ongoing financial flows and have close collaboration with the business as well as central finance. You will be responsible for ensuring the correct handling of invoices, reconciliations, and purchases, while also contributing to the improvement of routines and working methods.

Your tasks Ensure correct coding and payment of supplier invoices Conduct ongoing reconciliations between invoices and associated agreements Prepare documentation and support during month-end closing Review income statements and balance sheets and follow up on discrepancies Support the purchasing process according to applicable guidelines Administer purchase requests and purchase orders Participate in improvement work and development of financial routines 📊

We are looking for someone who Has a high school diploma in finance or equivalent Has at least 2–3 years of experience working in a finance department Has good knowledge of Excel Has good system skills and preferably experience with SAP Communicates fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
