As an executive secretary, you will work with various administrative tasks primarily as support to the highest management of the production unit.
The person we are currently seeking will primarily work with the Sinnescentrum (SC) and Diagnostikcentrum (DC).

Job Description
In the role of executive secretary, you are responsible for providing qualified administrative support and good service to managers, staff resources, and employees. You are part of the closest support to the production unit manager along with additional roles in the staff: financial manager, HR manager, development manager, and research manager for each production unit.
Your main assignment consists of administrative tasks such as personnel administration, handling invoices, bookings/orders, record-keeping, and meeting administration. Other recurring tasks may include IT resource, archiving, deviation management, training administration, creating/administering surveys, and web editing. Your work also includes contributing to or driving quality and development work within the administrative area.
Sinnescentrum
Sinnescentrum is a specialist healthcare center with a mission that includes county, regional, and national healthcare as well as a comprehensive research and education mission. The activities of Sinnescentrum are characterized by good care with a focus on quality, participation, and a strong patient safety culture. Sinnescentrum employs over 1800 staff and consists of ten operations that primarily provide care at the University Hospital in Linköping and Vrinnevisjukhuset in Norrköping.
Diagnostikcentrum
Diagnostikcentrum is Region Östergötland's collective resource and competence in laboratory medicine, imaging and functional medicine, and medication management. Through imaging diagnostics, lab analyses, blood donation, medication support, and secure medication supply, medical foundations and products are created that enable care to provide the right diagnosis and treatment to each patient. In addition, research, development, and education are conducted in close collaboration with the Faculty of Medicine at Linköping University. DC has over 1000 employees and is located at the region's three hospitals and many of the health centers.
Work Group
The unit consists of twelve executive secretaries who will deliver equitable administrative support to our eleven production unit managers within healthcare as well as to directors and other operations within the support centers.
About You
We want you to have at least a high school education but preferably further education focused on administration, IT, or similar. The position requires good knowledge of the Office suite, and we would like you to be accustomed to learning new IT systems.
We are looking for someone with good experience working in administration where order and structure, along with a high level of service, are a requirement. Previous experience and knowledge of the region's healthcare operations are advantageous.
