Accounting Assistant for a Global Company

About the Position

In the role of Accounting Assistant, you will be responsible for ongoing financial processes within Real Estate and work closely with both the business and central finance. You will be part of an experienced team where collaboration and accuracy are at the forefront.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Ensure correct postings and payments of supplier invoices
• Perform ongoing reconciliations between invoices and related contracts
• Support monthly closing by preparing documentation and conducting reconciliations
• Review income statements and balance sheets and follow up on any discrepancies
• Support the purchasing process according to internal guidelines and manage purchase requests and purchase orders
• Participate in improvement work and development of routines and processes

Who Are You?

• High school graduate in economics or equivalent education.
• Experienced in finance with at least 2–3 years of work in an accounting department.
• Meticulous, structured, and comfortable working independently.
• Proficient in Excel and preferably a previous user of SAP.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

Meritorious

• Experience in purchasing and working with contracts.
