We are now looking for a Quotation Engineer for Special Products who wants to work closely with our autonomous, self-driving trucks and help take customer-specific solutions from idea to completed quotation.

As a Quotation Engineer at Toyota, you will work with:

As a Quotation Engineer, you will be a key person in our team in Mjölby. You will drive the quotation process for special adaptations and act as the link between the customer, sales companies, suppliers, and our internal development teams.

Your main responsibilities:

• Lead and drive the quotation process from pre-screening to completed quotation
• Understand the customer's needs and translate them into clear technical requirements
• Prepare quotation documentation for customer-specific modifications
• Collaborate with new and existing suppliers
• Work closely with design, R&D, and sales companies in Europe
• Contribute to the development of our autonomous trucks, focusing on software adaptations, testing, and CE marking

You will be one of three specialists within Special Products who drive the development of Toyota's autonomous offerings through customized solutions. You will work in an international environment alongside SP design and Auto Solutions R&D in Mjölby, Toyota's sales companies across Europe, and Toyota Logistic Solutions in Gothenburg. The role involves significant responsibility and clear deadlines - structure, business acumen, and high customer service are valued here.

Your profile

We are looking for someone who has:

• Relevant education in mechanical engineering, automation (high school or university) or equivalent experience
• Experience as a quotation engineer, project manager, or technical coordinator
• Experience with customer contact and technical dialogues
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written

You have a clear business and customer focus and enjoy being a team player who collaborates closely with various functions to achieve common goals.
