Professional Galaxy is looking for a Billing Project Business Process Owner on behalf of our client.

We are now seeking an experienced Billing Project Business Process Owner for a long-term and business-critical consulting assignment with our client in security and alarm services. The assignment is a central part of a comprehensive international transformation program where a new Billing solution is being implemented for several Nordic countries. The role is operationally close, strategic, and at the same time very hands-on.

The assignment is based in Linköping and involves collaboration with international teams in Sweden, Portugal, Spain, and France.

About the assignment As Billing Project Business Process Owner, you will be part of the Billing Project Functional Team and have overall responsibility for the implementation and further development of billing processes and solutions. You will lead the introduction of the Billing solution in Sweden (2026–2027) and thereafter in Norway and Finland (2027–2028).

In this role, you will act as Business Process Owner for several key components in the Billing architecture, such as:

Billing Core Catalogue Customer Manager (front-end) Payment Manager Order Manager Revenue Recognition

Responsibilities include, among others:

Lead the implementation of the Billing solution and processes in close collaboration with the business and IT Conduct process mapping, requirements gathering, gap analyses, and management of change requests Ensure compliance with the global template and challenge local requirements when necessary Develop functional design for necessary adaptations Plan and lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT): test cases, test data, training of testers, execution, and defect management Coordinate testing across multiple modules and teams Participate in data migration strategy and execution Contribute to cutover planning and follow-up Assist in the hypercare phase after go-live

Requirements To be considered for the assignment, we expect you to meet the following requirements:

At least 5 years of experience in implementing subscription billing processes and systems At least 3 years of hands-on experience with subscription billing and complex business models Experience with billing platforms such as Zuora Billing, SAP BRIM, or Oracle NetSuite Billing Experience with ARIA Systems is highly meritorious Solid experience in requirements analysis, process design, UAT, and change management Ability to explain complex system and process issues to the business in a clear manner Experience working in international and multicultural environments Very good problem-solving skills and business judgment University degree Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
