As a Procurement Officer with us, you will be part of a dedicated and competent team consisting of procurement officers, strategic buyers, and purchasing controllers. Our purchasing department is a key player in both larger and smaller investment and cost projects as well as in framework agreements for the group. To meet future challenges, we are now looking for a new procurement officer who wants to be part of our exciting journey. We place great emphasis on ensuring that the organization’s purchases focus on the environment, society, and business. Together with representatives from the organization, you will lead and carry out various types of procurements. You will be an important resource for the organization in procurement and contract matters. With varied and exciting tasks, your days will be filled with:

• leading and conducting procurements
• negotiation and contract writing
• being a support for colleagues and the organization in procurement and contract matters
• driving business development projects and assignments
• contract follow-up

Are you the one we are looking for?

You are a relationship-building and attentive person who enjoys collaborating, inspiring, and building bridges between different parts of the organization. With a business-oriented approach and the ability to think strategically, you contribute to smooth and thorough procurement processes.

Experience you bring and share with us:

• A degree in a relevant higher education or vocational school in, for example, economics, purchasing/procurement, or another direction and/or experience that we deem relevant for the position
• Some experience with the Public Procurement Act (LOU) and the Procurement Act for the Supply Sectors (LUF)
• Good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written

It is also a plus if you have experience from the public sector and from project management or category management.
