Are you our new Supplier Quality Manager?

Are you passionate about delivery quality and monitoring suppliers and their supply chains, safety aspects, continuity planning, and preparedness – both in digital and physical value chains? Do you want a key role in ensuring that suppliers deliver according to agreements, requirements, and regulations? Then this could be the position for you.

As a Supplier Quality Manager with us, you will be a central part of our monitoring and quality work with suppliers. The role involves close collaboration with purchasing, procurement, clients, production, and suppliers to follow up on contract compliance, identify risks, and drive improvements. We are currently building a function that will work systematically with monitoring suppliers' value chains and supply chains, both digital and physical, within service and product deliveries.

Our suppliers have a wide range and deliver, among other things, contracting services, technical installations, indirect materials, and various types of specialist and service deliveries. In this role, you will contribute to ensuring delivery quality, risk management, and compliance with requirements regarding quality, sustainability, and safety.

With varied and developing tasks, your days will be filled with:

  • monitoring supplier performance, contract compliance, and requirements
  • conducting supplier audits and risk and sustainability assessments
  • mapping and documenting digital and physical value chains
  • analyzing delivery data, risks, and deviations, and developing improvement plans
  • planning and conducting regular follow-up and performance meetings
  • working with risk management, continuity planning, and preparedness in the supply chain

Are you the one we are looking for?

You are a structured, systematic, and analytical person who thrives in a role with many contact points. You have good communication skills and are used to working cross-functionally with both internal and external parties. With a methodical approach, you contribute to identifying risks, following up on requirements, and ensuring that actions are documented, owned, and followed up.

We are looking for someone who has:

  • Technical education or equivalent experience in quality, production, or purchasing
  • Experience in supplier monitoring work
  • Knowledge of laws, standards, and regulations such as ISO, CSRD, CSDDD, NIS2, and CBAM
  • Knowledge of digital monitoring tools
  • Good communication skills and experience working in cross-functional teams
  • Strong proficiency in Swedish and English, both spoken and written

We would like you to currently work or have worked with supplier monitoring, for example, in a role as SQE, and want to further develop yourself in monitoring digital, sustainability, and safety-related aspects.
