As a customer service representative, you will be an important link between the company and the customer, handling incoming inquiries via phone and email, providing guidance, and creating professional customer meetings.

About the role

We are looking for an engaged and communicative customer service representative for an assignment on behalf of a client via Senzum. You will be employed by Senzum and work on behalf of an external client in the waste management and recycling industry.

Responsibilities

  • Order placement for incoming deliveries via the business system
  • Provide quick and accurate support
  • Register new customers in the business system
  • Handle and document customer complaints
  • Participate and actively contribute to improvement work by gathering insights about customer needs and experiences
  • Work proactively to digitize customers via the customer portal
  • Be the customer's first contact – you represent Senzum in the customer's name and contribute to a positive customer impression.

Qualifications

  • Completed upper secondary education.
  • Previous experience in service and ongoing customer contact as well as work with case management systems
  • Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
  • B driver's license

Employment form

Start: immediately

Working hours: Weekdays 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

Employment type: 3-month temporary position
