As a salesperson at Coop, you are a key person in the daily pulse of the store. You meet our customers with warmth, curiosity, and a genuine interest in food. You inspire sustainable choices and contribute to creating a store where the customer experience is at the center.

Your responsibilities include:

• Creating a world-class customer experience – with joy in food, inspiration, and personal service.

• Picking products, facing shelves, and ensuring that the store is well-stocked and inspiring.

• Working with campaigns, signage, and seasonal adjustments.

• Handling cash register work and self-scanning.

• Being part of a team where we learn from each other and celebrate successes together.

• A workplace where sustainability is a given – for both the planet and people.

• Varied working hours – day, evening, and weekend – so we can be there when our customers want to shop.

You are a team player with energy, commitment, and an eye for the customer's needs. You may have experience from service or retail through cash handling, mail processing, or Swedish games, but most importantly is your willingness to learn and contribute. Multilingualism and interest/experience in different cultures are also advantageous. We prefer that you are over 18 years old.
