About the Position

The role of Project Buyer means you will be responsible for your own supplier base and act as a central contact point in the company's supply chain. You will work both internally with various functions and externally with suppliers around the world. The position combines work according to established routines with the need to handle urgent matters and solve problems as they arise.

You will be part of a team with both junior and senior colleagues, where collaboration and communication with other parts of the organization are important aspects of daily life. The goal is to ensure good purchasing quality, stable deliveries, and continuous improvements in purchasing and logistics.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Negotiate project-specific purchase orders according to agreed terms and price lists.
• Ensure that the company's guidelines and purchasing policy are followed.
• Build and develop relationships with suppliers.
• Follow up and ensure that suppliers deliver according to agreed performance.
• Collaborate closely with other departments on purchasing-related issues.
• Identify and drive improvement opportunities in processes and working methods.
• Prepare, create, and manage purchase orders.
• Communicate delivery issues that may affect the business.
• Actively contribute to the company's digitalization journey.

Who Are You?

To succeed and thrive in this role, we are looking for someone who has:

• Experience in purchasing or procurement.
• Good understanding of commercial and financial relationships.
• Experience working in SAP is a plus.
• Excellent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to build and maintain good relationships with both colleagues and suppliers.
• Analytical and solution-oriented with the ability to handle complex issues.
• Strong ability to prioritize, structure, and drive work towards set goals.
• Flexible and adaptable in a business with changing customer and business needs.
