We may not be well-known to you, but everything we do has a positive impact on your life, your health, and the environment. We analyze the food you eat, the air you breathe, and the medicines you need - we work to ensure you feel safe; we call it Testing for Life. Eurofins is a global leader in analytical services with 65,000 employees worldwide. Did you know that in Sweden we are nearly 650 employees? We have about 50 different roles, including lab engineers, system developers, environmental scientists, and customer support staff. Together, we work based on our core values: Our Customer, Quality, Professional Pride Together, and Professionalism & Sustainability.

What you will do with us

  • Be part of a team responsible for the entire payroll cycle; from collecting data to payroll payment and reporting.
  • Support managers and employees in personnel administration matters, such as employment contracts, time reporting, and certificates.
  • You will also handle statistics, reporting to various authorities, as well as pension and insurance administration.

You will also collaborate closely with the HR and finance departments.

We are looking for someone with experience in administrative work, within payroll or HR. You have a high level of system understanding and are a good administrator. You handle both Swedish and English well in speech and writing. A background in economics, payroll, or HR is considered a merit.

We are a super team! Therefore, we place great importance on personal suitability, where you find it easy to build trust. To succeed in the role, you need to be meticulous, structured, consultative, and have a clear customer and business focus. You are unpretentious and self-driven.

What do we offer you?

  • A safe workplace with collective agreements and pension solutions.
  • Two extra vacation days and flexible working hours for a better balance between work and leisure.
  • Opportunities for professional development within Eurofins, where we value your personal growth.
