Your mission
As an administrator within the culture unit, you will work for the cultural school, library, and public culture, where the following areas of responsibility are included:

Employment contracts
Record keeping
Public documents
Budget and budget follow-up
Invoice management
Internal controls
Inventory management
E-services
Minutes
Signing responsibility
Reports, plans, guidelines, routines - document responsibility

Who are you
We are looking for someone with good social skills who thrives in contexts that promote a vibrant cultural life and lifelong learning, where democratic values and enlightenment are cornerstones. The assignment requires you to be a goal-oriented and structured person for a well-functioning organization. You have a very good ability to maintain order and structure for a functioning whole.

For this assignment, personal competencies are highly valued.

Formal competence requirements
Administrative education or other education/experience that the employer assesses as equivalent
- The administrator's toolbox consists largely of digital tools, which requires good computer skills.
- The employment requires that you have a B driver's license 
- Digital identification with Bank ID

Meritorious
Experience from administrative work is meritorious but not a requirement. 

The employment
Permanent employment at 40% with start date according to agreement. Working hours are during the day and can be flexibly arranged. The employment may begin with a probationary period. The position is currently placed in the culture unit within the Culture and Education Administration, which is organized directly under the Culture and Education Committee. The nearest manager is the Culture and Library Manager.

The position will be filled provided that the necessary decisions are made.
