Job Responsibilities

The HR department at the City Planning Administration is looking for a new colleague!

The HR department consists of an HR manager and ten professional and experienced HR colleagues responsible for ensuring that we are a close business partner for our organization.

The department has two coordinators, one responsible for HR specialists and one responsible for HR administration. We are now looking for an HR specialist focused on recruitment due to our current recruiter going on parental leave. We constantly strive to develop and help each other think innovatively. As an HR specialist with us, you will have highly competent colleagues who enjoy working together, support and care for each other, and have a strong focus on operations.

As an HR specialist focused on recruitment, you will be responsible for the administration's recruitments within the administration, providing support and advice to our 35 managers throughout the recruitment process. You will work with all parts of the process, from recruitment planning and advertisement design to selection, interviews, and appointments. You are an expert in recruitment and serve as the first contact for managers regarding recruitment and related areas. You work consultatively and guiding together with the managers and other HR colleagues. An important part of the job is to continuously improve and develop the recruitment process and ensure that there are appropriate working methods and updated guidelines.

In addition to recruitment, you will also be responsible for the administration's work with employer branding. Employer branding also includes job fairs and onboarding. You will play an active role in this work. You will work closely with the HR specialist responsible for competence supply. You will also be responsible for the process regarding thesis work. You will represent the administration in networks with other HR specialists and recruiters within the City of Gothenburg in your areas of responsibility, focusing on exchanging experiences, brainstorming, and receiving support in process work.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone with a university degree in human resources or equivalent education and at least two to three years of work experience in competency-based recruitment. It is an advantage if you have worked with processes related to employer branding and/or onboarding.

You take initiative, start activities, and achieve results, whether you work independently or together with others. With strong commitment and enthusiasm, you drive the work forward and take responsibility for your tasks. You are independent in showing that you have the courage and ability to make your own decisions within the framework of your assignment.

Interviews will be conducted on the 10th-11th and 18th of February. Interviews will primarily be conducted in person.
