About the Position

We are looking for an HR Specialist for a public sector organization in Gothenburg! The assignment involves developing and being responsible for workplace environment issues within the administration, with a focus on operational management support.

Assignment Period and Scope:

The position as an HR Specialist is a full-time consultancy assignment starting on 2026-02-04 and is expected to last until approximately 2026-12-31. There is a possibility of extension. Most of the time will be physically located at the office, but it can be combined with remote work by agreement with the organization.

Requirements for the Position:

  • University degree, for example, in Human Resource Management or equivalent education
  • At least three (3) years of work experience in a similar role
  • Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent
  • Knowledge of HR systems (e.g., Personec, TimeCare, etc.)
  • Good understanding of laws, regulations, and agreements in the field.

Desirable Qualifications for the Position:

  • Solid experience in qualified HR work with experience in providing management support, particularly in rehabilitation issues and other personnel matters
  • Very good knowledge of labor law and advantageous to have knowledge of collaboration agreements and collaboration issues
  • Previous experience working with workplace environment issues and SAM, preferably within the City of Gothenburg
  • Previous experience as management support, coaching managers based on their individual needs and the organization's conditions
  • Experience supporting organizational change
