We are currently looking for a payroll specialist with HR knowledge at Ponova Nordic AB! The position is part-time, 50%.

Your responsibilities
As a payroll specialist at Ponova Nordic AB, you will be responsible for the company's payroll process for both white-collar and blue-collar employees. The role also includes HR-related tasks and other tasks occurring in a finance department, including: 

• Own and administer the company's payroll program along with associated support programs for time reporting and expense management
• Administer labor market insurances and pension agreements such as Fora and Collectum, etc.
• General HR questions, interpretation of collective agreements, etc.

• Other finance-related tasks together with your colleagues in the department (accounting economist & finance manager)

The position is part-time (50%), daytime with a start date according to agreement, and you will report to the finance manager. You will be employed by Ponova Nordic AB, but we are also interested in those who hold a F-tax certificate and are considering a long-term future with us. 
We prefer that you have the opportunity to work on-site during the workweek, and we value local anchoring.

Your profile
We believe that a couple of years of experience in payroll management for both blue-collar and white-collar employees is a prerequisite for succeeding in this position. If you also have experience in HR tasks, that is an advantage. Experience with the systems Visma/Spiris and Pyramid is also a plus. We view previous experience working in entrepreneurial-driven companies positively and any experience from the construction and civil engineering industry, although this is not a requirement. 

You have good knowledge of the Office suite and express yourself fluently in Swedish, both spoken and written. You also have good knowledge of English.
