Köping Housing Company

Köping Housing Company was founded in 1917 as 'AB Smålägenheter i Köping' and has since operated in the area. We are one of Sweden's oldest public housing companies. We currently own and manage approximately 2,700 apartments within the Köping municipality, in Kolsva and Munktorp. We offer a wide variety of housing options, including different types of accommodations in multi-family houses and ground-level homes of various sizes. Our properties also provide fast internet access via the cable TV network, and our basic package currently includes 16 channels. Köping Rådhus AB owns Köping Housing AB 100%. We have a wholly owned subsidiary, KBAB Service AB, which manages the properties and premises of Köping municipality. In total, we have about 145 employees working to provide the best possible service to our customers. Köping Rådhus AB also includes our sister companies, Västra Mälardalens Energi & Miljö AB (VME) and Köping Kabel-TV AB (KTV).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Staff the reception and greet visitors
• Answer phone calls and handle incoming emails
• Receive, register, and follow up on maintenance requests
• Provide service and information to tenants
• Document and manage records
• Key management
• Administer and update various tagging systems
• Perform other administrative tasks related to the operations

QUALIFICATIONS

• Relevant administrative education is preferred
• Experience in service, reception, or customer service
• Experience in the real estate or housing industry
• Strong administrative skills and familiarity with digital systems
• Excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Additional languages are a plus
