We are now looking for an experienced Order Management Administrator for an exciting consulting assignment in the energy sector ⚡ The role is based in Västerås and you will be an important part of the Order and Project Support Team. Here you will work in an international environment with great responsibility and many points of contact.

About the role In this role, you will be a central point of contact between the sales organization, customers, and manufacturing units. You will be responsible for the entire order process, from receiving and registering customer orders to following up on delivery and payment until the order is completed. Your work directly contributes to high customer satisfaction and efficient deliveries.

Responsibilities Handling of quotation requests, order placement, and order follow-up Reviewing and registering orders in the business system Ensuring that orders are released on time and following established processes and guidelines Following up on deliveries, payments, and any discrepancies Identifying and resolving order-related problems and errors in the process Ongoing contact with customers and production units in Europe Adapting order flows based on customer needs and changes during the process

We are looking for someone with High school education Experience in order management and working in business systems Fluent Swedish in speech and writing Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written Technical understanding and good system proficiency Experience with SAP and Salesforce is a plus
