Do you want to be a key player in the energy transition?

We are looking for a dedicated Order Handler – Product Order Specialist who ensures that our customers receive their deliveries of essential products on time. In this role, you will be a central point of contact between our sales team and our customers, managing the entire order process from registration to delivery follow-up. You will be part of a collaborative and supportive team where your contribution truly makes a difference.

How You Will Make a Difference

• Manage customer orders from registration to delivery, focusing on accuracy and swift execution.
• Maintain regular communication with customers and manufacturing units to coordinate order status and resolve any issues.
• Follow up on payments and ensure that all documentation is in place throughout the order cycle.
• Adapt to customer-specific needs and manage changes effectively during the process.
• Work in an international environment, coordinating deliveries from factories in Europe and Asia to customers in Sweden.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams such as sales, bids, production, and logistics to ensure a smooth customer experience.

Your Background

• Education in economics, logistics, or relevant work experience in product management is required.
• Experience in order management and working with business systems, preferably SAP and Salesforce.
• Good communication and collaboration skills with a customer-focused mindset.
• Solution-oriented and adaptable to changing requirements and priorities.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Detail-oriented, structured, and efficient in managing multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Technical understanding of electronic products such as relay protection is a plus.
