Are you a service-oriented and communicative person who thrives in a role with extensive customer contact? We are now looking for a Customer Service Representative for our client in Västerås, starting after the summer.

In this role, you are the face of the business and are responsible for providing professional service to customers via phone, email, and chat. You handle a variety of cases, such as questions regarding contracts, invoices, and fault reports. The work focuses heavily on problem-solving and creating a positive customer experience in every interaction.

You will work in close collaboration with colleagues and other functions within the business. The position offers hybrid working opportunities, allowing you to work remotely up to two days a week.

You will work with various systems, requiring good system proficiency and comfort in a digital work environment.

Main Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming inquiries via phone, email, and chat
  • Handle questions regarding contracts, invoices, and customer cases
  • Receive and register fault reports
  • Register and follow up on cases in business systems
  • Ensure a high level of service and a good customer experience
  • Collaborate with internal functions to resolve customer cases

About You

We are looking for you who is a social and positive person with a genuine interest in service and people. You have good communication skills and are confident in dialogues with customers in various situations.

You are solution-oriented and thrive in a fast-paced environment where you handle multiple cases simultaneously. Furthermore, you are detailed, responsible, and have a structured approach to work. You pick up new systems easily and contribute energy and commitment to the team.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma
  • Very good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
  • Good proficiency in English, both spoken and written
  • Good computer and system skills
  • Experience in customer service, service, or sales is an advantage
  • Experience with case management systems is an advantage
