Working at a Rusta store is fast-paced, varied, and keeps you on your toes – all while having fun together! Whether at the checkout, restocking shelves, or running campaigns, you’re the one creating the customer experience. You greet our customers with a smile and ensure the store looks great, is fully stocked, and inspires shopping. One day you’re helping a customer find the perfect curtain, the next you’re completely redesigning an entire department. No two days are alike – and we love it!

You don’t need to know everything from day one – we’ll train you! But we believe you:

• Enjoy talking to people and making their day a little better
• Thrive in fast-paced environments and solve problems with a "I’ve got this!" attitude
• Are available to work mornings, afternoons, evenings, and weekends
