Bevego is one of Sweden's leading wholesale companies within construction sheet metal, ventilation, and technical insulation. We are now looking for an Inside Sales Representative for our branch in Västerås. As an Inside Sales Representative, you are an important part of the sales department and have close contact with our customers to ensure a good and long-term relationship. You will be part of an engaged team where you together have the opportunity to influence, develop, and create results. The position is a 6-month fixed-term contract with very good chances of becoming a permanent position upon completion.

What will you do?

  • Conduct active sales work (e.g., follow up on inquiries and investigate customer needs)
  • Actively work on acquiring new customers together with our field sales representatives in the region
  • Nurture and develop relationships with our existing customers
  • Write and follow up on quotes for customers
  • Handle any complaints
  • Receive and register incoming orders
  • Register customer notes in our CRM system
  • Collaborate with all colleagues within the company to provide the best possible service to the customer

Who are you?

We are looking for you who have a high school education. You have previous experience in B2B sales, preferably towards businesses within construction. You see yourself as a goal- and results-oriented person with an interest in building technology solutions. If you have previously worked in the construction industry, we see this as a great advantage.

You are passionate about service and always put the customer first. One of your many strengths is being solution-oriented, as you see opportunities where others see problems. To succeed in the role, you need to be driven, flexible, meticulous, and skilled at collaborating with others.

Structure is something you value highly, and you thrive in a fast-paced environment. The work requires that you have excellent communication skills, where you can express yourself well in both Swedish and English, orally as well as in writing – additional languages are an asset.
