Job Description
Do you want to take real business responsibility – where you both develop existing customers and actively build new business? At Nippon Sanso, we are now looking for a Sales Professional who wants to be a key player in strengthening our position in the Mälaren Valley, based in Köping. This is a role for you who wants to create business and build long-term customer loyalty. At our company, the customer is at the center – and sales is about understanding, challenging, and developing. You work closely with the customer, identify potential, and turn insights into concrete business that creates value for both parties. You will become part of a team with high ambitions and a clear focus on developing the business and creating growth together.
As a Sales Professional, you have clear business responsibility for your region. You drive and develop sales with a focus on both profitable growth and long-term customer relationships. You own the entire sales process – from identifying opportunities to closing deals and further developing the customer over time. You work with technical holistic solutions within industrial gases and combine gas, equipment, and service into offerings that create real customer value. Your customer base is broad and spans heavy workshop industry, metalworking, food, and laboratory environments.
The role also involves active collaboration with our local distributor network – where you strengthen our joint business and presence in the region.

Responsibilities
- Drive growth in your region: Develop existing customers and create new business
- Work systematically with the pipeline: Prioritize the right opportunities and ensure progress
- Build strong business relationships: With decision-makers at both technical and commercial levels
- Identify and realize potential: See opportunities and turn them into concrete business
- Close the deal: Lead negotiations and ensure clear, sustainable agreements
- Work data-driven: Use CRM (Microsoft Dynamics) as an active tool for planning, follow-up, and development
- Collaborate for more and larger deals: Internally and with partner networks
Qualifications
- Experience in relationship-building B2B sales within technical, chemical, or industrial markets
- Background in, or good understanding of, metalworking (such as laser cutting and welding)
- Education in engineering or economics
- Fluent knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
- Good IT skills
- Category B driver's license (required as the role involves extensive travel in the region)
Preferred Qualifications:
- Education in energy, chemistry, or mechanical engineering
- Experience working with subcontractors or suppliers in related industries.
- Experience working in the CRM system Microsoft Dynamics
