OffertHem is an independent comparison service for real estate agents. We are expanding rapidly and are now looking for new, engaged colleagues to join our remote team. We provide you with world-class tools, systems, and coaching – but your success depends on your own work ethic and personal drive.
What you will do in this role – An honest look at daily life
We believe in transparency. Working as a remote meeting scheduler involves both great opportunities and clear challenges.
The challenges of the role:
High pace and cold calls: You will make outbound calls to private individuals (homeowners) who do not know us yet.
Many "no's": You will be hung up on and hear the word "no" many times every day. You need the mental strength to take a quick "no" with a smile and keep your energy up for the next call.
Requirement for high self-discipline: We work 100% remotely. This means no one is hovering over your shoulder or micromanaging your day. You must have the discipline to drive yourself forward.

Simple and free service: Our service is completely free for the consumer and helps them make a better real estate deal. This makes the value extremely clear and easy for the customer to understand.
No "pushy" sales culture: We do not believe in pressuring or pestering people. If the customer says no, we respect that and move on in good spirits. We only want to book meetings with people who actually have a need.
Freedom with responsibility: You have great flexibility in your daily life and control your own working hours, as long as you deliver your results.
Clear career ladder: We are looking for future sales managers and "closers". If you show initiative here, doors open quickly for larger roles within the company.
Compensation – You control your own salary
We believe in rewarding good performance. The position is 100% performance-based (commission + bonus system) with absolutely no salary cap. You can choose to be employed or invoice through your own company.
Salary at budget (4 booked meetings/day): approx. 31,000 SEK / month.
Salary for top performers (6+ booked meetings/day): 46,000+ SEK / month.
Since the role is entirely commission-based, your income is directly linked to your effort. If you do the job well, you have the market's best opportunity for a really high salary.
These salary examples are based solely on meeting scheduling for the real estate service. We also offer more products in the customer journey that mean additional bonus opportunities.
Who are you? (Requirements)
You have strong inner drive, are goal-oriented, and are motivated by personal development and good earnings.
You speak and write fluent Swedish at a professional level.
You have your own well-functioning computer, a good headset, and a stable internet connection.
You are coachable. When we give you feedback and tips, you quickly put them into practice in the next call.
