This position reports to: Technical Training Manager.
Role and Responsibilities
Do you want to work in a business-oriented role where you combine customer contact, coordination, and sales?
We are looking for a Sales Coordinator who wants to help develop our business within technical training. In this role, you will be a central link between customers, technical instructors, and internal partners, responsible for driving customer inquiries through to booked training and completed business. Therefore, it is important that you thrive in a coordinating role where structure, service, and business acumen go hand in hand.
As a Sales Coordinator, you are responsible for handling customer inquiries, preparing quotations, following up on orders, and ensuring a professional and efficient customer dialogue throughout the entire process. You work closely with the business to match the customer's needs with the right training solution – from open courses to company-specific training setups.
Your key responsibilities include:
- Handling inquiries, quotations, contracts, orders, and administration related to the training business
- Maintaining ongoing contact with internal and external customers, primarily via phone, MS Teams, and email, and guiding them to the right training solution
- Coordinating training sessions together with technical instructors and other internal functions
- Monitoring price levels, profitability, and business results, and contributing data to forecasts and planning
- Supporting the development of working methods, sales processes, and new business opportunities within the training area
- Working in relevant systems and tools, such as Office 365, SAP, and Salesforce
Your background
- An academic education in engineering, industrial economics, or business administration, preferably supplemented with an interest in sales and customer relations.
- Experience in sales, inside sales, customer service, or sales support in a B2B environment
- Strong administrative skills and experience working in business and CRM systems
- Ability to structure, plan, prioritize, and follow up on multiple parallel activities
- Experience with technical products, services, or training is an advantage
- To succeed in this role, we believe you are self-driven, relationship-building, and solution-oriented.
- You like to create order and momentum, while having a genuine interest in understanding customer needs and contributing to a good business outcome.
- You are non-hierarchical, team-oriented, and thrive in a role where you get to combine administration with customer dialogue and coordination.
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
