WE TRAIN YOU 🎓

You do not need prior sales experience – we will teach you from the ground up. What matters most is that you have energy, are confident in reaching out, and have the desire to develop. ⚡ Several of our top sales representatives come from backgrounds in service, construction, or other practical professions.

ABOUT THE ROLE 🤝

In this role, you will meet homeowners in their homes, at events, and at trade shows. You will listen to their needs, present energy-smart solutions, build trust with the customer, and help them make the right decision.

At NPE, we help property owners save money and reduce their climate impact through smart products such as solar panels, batteries, heat pumps, windows, and roof replacements. EMPLOYMENT: Full-time, 6-month probation period.

SALARY: Guaranteed salary + performance-based compensation.
