Do you want a role where you truly make a difference for our customers and partners? As an Order Management Specialist at ABB Smart Power in Västerås, you are a key person in ensuring a good and efficient customer experience throughout the entire order flow – from registration to invoicing.

You will work closely with both customers and colleagues and actively contribute to developing our ways of working, systems, and processes.

Your responsibilities:

In this role, you take full responsibility for customer cases and handle them correctly, efficiently, and professionally.

You will, among other things:

• Be the contact person for customers regarding orders, deliveries, invoices, and payments
• Coordinate with colleagues to ensure order changes, deliveries, and escalations are handled smoothly
• Work in systems such as SAP, Salesforce, and others to streamline and automate order flows
• Maintain a clear, continuous, and proactive dialogue with both customers and colleagues
• Follow up on deliveries and ensure we keep our promises
• Analyze order data and contribute to better planning, forecasting, and continuous improvements
• Work systematically with documentation and ensure that internal and external guidelines are followed
• Identify opportunities for improvement to develop ways of working and initiatives

About the team

You will join an engaged and collaborative Customer Operations team where we support each other, take responsibility, and always put the customer first.

Your background

To succeed in this role, you need to enjoy structure, be practical, take responsibility, and thrive in an environment where the pace is high and days are varied.

We are looking for someone who has:

• At least two years of experience in customer service or Customer Operations, where you have worked with order management and had ongoing contact with customers
• Extensive experience working in business systems (ERP), preferably SAP
• A structured and detail-oriented approach, with good ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• A proactive attitude with the ability to take responsibility and solve problems
• Good analytical skills and confidence in working with data, follow-up, and planning
• A cooperative attitude and ease in communicating clearly with both customers and colleagues
• Fluent Swedish and good knowledge of English

Meritorious qualifications:

• Experience with Salesforce or similar case management systems
• Post-secondary education in areas such as economics, logistics, or similar fields
• Experience in working with improvement work or process development
