Biltema offers a wide range of products for the whole family in the areas of Car/MC, Boat, Leisure, Home, Office/Technology, Construction, Car Care, and Tools. Biltema markets over 19,000 items in total. Our vision is to make it economically easier for people to own a car, boat, home, tools, and high-quality leisure products, thereby creating a richer leisure time for everyone. Biltema currently has a total of 172 stores in Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland, of which 64 stores are in Sweden. Biltema is a strong brand in an exciting expansion, planning to open around 50 new stores in the Nordic region in the coming years.

About the Position

As a Store Associate at Biltema, you are the most important part of the customers' experience in the store. Your workday consists of various tasks and departments, always characterized by customer focus and a high level of service. This means that you play a crucial role in ensuring that the shelves with our 19,000 items are well-stocked and fronted.

Wherever you are in the store, you pay attention to our customers - whether you are restocking items, working at the checkout, assisting them in customer service, or serving them in the café. In your interactions with customers, you willingly share your knowledge to help them find what they are looking for at a good price. No day at Biltema is the same. Here, we gladly tackle the tasks and challenges that may arise by trying to find a simple solution.

About You

The customer's time is valuable, and as an employee at Biltema, you must be able to read the customer's needs. Therefore, we are looking for someone who is a pronounced service person and has the customer in focus. You enjoy a fast-paced work environment where you are constantly faced with new challenges. As a person, you like to take initiative, see what needs to be done, and want to have order and tidiness around you. Personal suitability will be highly valued as you must be communicative in both Swedish and English.

It is advantageous if you have experience in retail, especially in customer service, checkout, and claims handling. To quickly adapt to the role, we prefer a strong interest in our product range and areas or café operations.

The Right Person in the Right Place

To help us piece together the puzzle for the summer, you will be asked in the application form which of the following work areas interests you the most, in addition to the tasks mentioned above.

• Store Associate with a focus on café - Must be able to work part-time from March to August with a larger scope during the summer, June-August. We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in café operations. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and approach each workday with energy, joy, and initiative. You are a service-oriented person who always has the customer in focus. You enjoy taking on new challenges and find it easy to learn new things and share your knowledge. We prefer that you have previous experience working in a café and are comfortable with the tasks that occur there. If you also appreciate structure and order, you will fit perfectly with us.
• Store Associate with a focus on customer service/checkout – Must be able to work part-time from March to August with a larger scope during the summer, June-August. You will thrive if you love a fast pace, service, customer interaction, and enjoy working with routines in a larger group. We view previous experience in retail or the service industry very positively.
• Store Associate with a focus on stock replenishment/sales in leisure, construction, or automotive departments – Must be able to work part-time from March to August with a larger scope during the summer, June-August. Variation between early mornings and late evenings appeals to you. You enjoy physically working in a fast-paced environment. It is important for us that you have a passionate interest in at least one of our product areas: leisure, construction, or automotive.
