Job Description

Are you passionate about strategic procurement and have a solid understanding of public procurement? We are now looking for a business-driven leader for one of the region's most important companies in critical infrastructure. In this role, you are expected to take natural leadership and coach the organization through complex procurements that directly affect the company's competence supply and digital development.

Responsibilities

As a procurement leader, you act as a cohesive force with responsibility for the entire chain – from market monitoring to completed contracts and project management. You are the driving link between the organization's needs and market opportunities, where your ability to lead both processes and people is crucial.

Your focus areas:

• Drive procurements within HR and administration, focusing on consultants in recruitment and staffing services, competence development, office supplies, travel, etc.
• The process: Independently manage public procurements according to LUF, secure legally sound contracts, and lead strategic market analyses.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who is a confident leader and negotiator with documented experience in strategic procurement and public procurement. We place great importance on your personality; you have the ability to inspire others and see this as the next step in your career. As a person, you are analytical, structured, and have a natural authority that allows you to see the business benefits in every legal detail.
