Do you want to lead the future of vehicle and logistics procurement in an environmentally conscious organization? We are looking for a procurement leader with strong personal drive and expertise in vehicles who wants to step forward and secure a sustainable fleet for a major public actor in Västerås.

Responsibilities

In this role, you combine deep expertise with strong process support to the organization. You lead the work with market monitoring and ensure that the business stays at the forefront regarding environment and sustainability, which requires you to be confident in making decisions and showing the way.

Your focus areas:

• Vehicles & Fuels: Lead the work around framework agreements for operational vehicles and sustainable fuel solutions.
• Logistics & Services: Responsible for steering and developing ancillary services such as warehousing, parking, and refurbishment.
• Environment & Chemicals: Strategic procurement related to remediation and chemical management.
• Legal & Strategy: Independently drive public procurement (LUF) and act as an advisory party in contract writing.

Qualifications

We are looking for a strategic purchaser with clear leadership qualities who understands the dynamics of the automotive industry. You are a confident negotiator who enjoys taking responsibility and translating technical requirements into commercially viable solutions. To succeed in this role, experience in strategic procurement and public procurement is required, but it is your personal maturity and ability to lead projects and people that will be crucial for your success.
