We are now looking for an engaged and service-oriented employee for our customer service at Skultuna Messingsbruk.

With us, you will have a varied role with a strong focus on sales and creating a first-class customer experience. You will be an important part of our team and work closely with both the logistics and sales departments.

About the role

A day in customer service includes, among other things:

• Order placement and follow-up
• Handling of complaints and exchanges
• Support for our webshop customers via chat, email, and phone
• Actively contribute to the improvement of our routines and customer experiences

Our e-commerce is growing rapidly, both in Sweden and internationally. To provide our international customers with the best possible service, working hours are scheduled for later afternoons, with workdays extending until around 6:00 PM.

Who are you?

Experience with business systems or CRM is a plus. We work with Visma.net, Kundo, and Shopify, among others. Previous experience in customer service is also an advantage.

Conditions

Probationary employment with a fixed monthly salary, collective agreement.
