As a Property Controller at Riksbyggen, you will play a central role in creating value for our customers, influencing strategic decisions, and being a driving force in our operations. As part of our National Customer Market team, you will have a key role in creating long-term value for both our customers and Riksbyggen.

As a Property Controller, you will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing financial results. You will play an important role in the strategic work with management clients and actively contribute to the work with business plans regarding managed property companies. The role offers great opportunities to influence and contribute to our customers' success.

You will, among other things:

• Work in customer delivery with performance monitoring and analysis for management clients
• Act as a link between the customer and the internal management organization and be the natural point of contact for the customer
• Coordinate the flow of information and reporting to management clients and internally to the customer responsible/property manager
• Coordinate the work with budget and forecasts
• Conduct year-end work to ensure accurate results
• Create analyses of projects and ensure that financial goals and strategies are met

We are looking for someone who is self-driven and has the ability to work in a structured manner, while also enjoying collaborating in teams and with different parties. You have a holistic perspective and a strong desire to develop and advance the business. You see changes as opportunities and are skilled at identifying areas for improvement and driving through solutions. Your communication is characterized by clarity, but you are also receptive and build trust through open and constructive dialogues. You have analytical skills and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality results.

Requirements for experience and competencies:

• Higher education in economics at university level or equivalent
• Experience as a controller in the property industry
• Experience working in larger companies or groups
• Understanding of requirements within the property industry, preferably with experience in tax, VAT, and accounting.
• Good familiarity with larger business systems and reporting tools
• Very good skills in MS Excel, with experience analyzing large data sets
