With approximately 300 employees and handling nearly 900 customers, ICA Business Service is Västerås' largest provider of payroll and financial services and one of the largest local providers of payroll and financial services in the Nordics.

You will belong to the Shared Service Center Hub where the Payroll Department is included, and together with your colleagues, you will work in beautiful premises centrally located in the fantastic Västerås!

The Job

As a Payroll Administrator, you will work in a team with your colleagues. In the tasks that are a large part of the assignment, you will process a variety of cases and register qualified payroll data such as new hires, terminations, compensations, and deductions. Handling various types of certificates is also a significant part of the tasks. All case management is done through our case management system, Service Now.

Your Profile

We are looking for someone who is service-oriented, enjoys helping others, and is motivated by working towards deadlines. You have a cheerful and positive attitude, enjoy working in a team but also have the ability to work and deliver independently. You are structured and meticulous as the work requires us to deliver on time and with the right quality. Since a large part of our communication takes place over the phone, there are high demands on your ability to communicate easily and build trust.

We work daily with learning and self-leadership to win the future together, and some key words for us are responsible, proactive, and courageous. We expect you to be a proficient computer user with the ability to learn new things.

Requirements include a completed YH education in payroll or several years of experience in payroll work.

Store Payroll sells payroll services to ICA stores and currently handles about 33,000 salaries.

Group Payroll currently manages about 15,000 salaries for our eight group companies. Within the Payroll Department, we work with nine different collective agreements, primarily with the Retail Agreement in Store Payroll.
