Operational and Solution-Oriented Consultant Wanted

We are currently seeking an operational and solution-oriented consultant for an assignment with our client in Västerås. The assignment involves supporting an engaged management team by taking a comprehensive approach to administrative processes and systems, with the goal of freeing up time for leadership and business development.

About the Position

In a complex and technology-driven environment, the managers drive development, change, and delivery. Currently, administrative tasks across multiple parallel systems take up too much time and focus. Therefore, they need a consultant who can take a holistic approach to administration, create structure, and be a real support in daily operations.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Onboarding of employees and consultants.
• Monthly follow-up of consultants.
• Purchasing, PO management, invoices, and project follow-up.
• Travel, events, and practical coordination.
• Annual licenses and agreements.
• Executive administrative support to managers.
• Improvement and standardization of work methods.
