We are now looking for an operational consultant who thrives close to the business and wants to be a central piece in a fast-paced organization with many points of contact. This is an operational role where you will both drive and carry out administrative work while finding smarter ways to do things.

The role involves working closely with a team of managers driving development in a complex environment. You will work with administration in systems such as Workday, SAP, MyServices, Plannica, Fieldglass, Basware, Smartbuy/Ariba, Concur, etc.

We are looking for someone who is available shortly as the assignment is expected to start as soon as possible. This is a longer assignment where you will be employed by SJR as one of our valued consultants.

About the position

You will work with:

• Onboarding of employees and consultants (accounts, computers, access, registration in multiple systems)
• Monthly follow-up of consultants (time reports, SAP/Plannica, invoice reconciliation in Basware)
• Purchasing and PO management, invoices, and project follow-up
• Travel, events, and practical coordination
• Annual licenses and agreements as well as contact with SCM and suppliers
• Executive support to the management team

Suitable background

We are looking for someone who:

• Has practical experience with Workday and SAP
• Understands HR, finance, and purchasing processes in larger organizations

You are a person who creates structure and clarity even when the pace is high. With your ability to work independently, take initiative, and stay focused on the goal, you quickly become a reliable point for the team. At the same time, you are unpretentious and always ready to help where needed.
