We are now looking for a senior consultant in finance and accounting for an exciting assignment in Västerås. The assignment is suitable for you who thrive in a responsible role with a broad perspective and want to contribute to high quality, structure, and development within accounting.

In this role, you will work closely with the company manager for an operational company (OpCo) and serve as a qualified support in accounting matters. You will be involved in – and drive when necessary – projects and initiatives related to accounting, quality assurance, and regulatory compliance.

Your responsibilities will include:

• 📊 Ensuring correct accounting according to internal and external regulations

• 🧾 Working with quality in preparation, documentation, and reporting

• 🔄 Participating in and driving projects as well as handling complex accounting issues

• 🤝 Maintaining ongoing dialogue with different parts of the organization and contributing with improvement suggestions

• 💡 Being a reliable advisor in accounting and tax matters

We believe you are an experienced and analytical economist who is accustomed to qualified accounting work and enjoys a consulting role where collaboration and communication are central.

We would like you to have:

• 🎓 Several years of experience in qualified accounting work

• 📚 Very good knowledge of ÅRL, BFL, income tax, and value-added tax

• 🌍 Basic understanding of IFRS

• 🧠 Relevant academic education, such as a Master of Science in Business Administration

• 💻 Good IT and system skills as well as very good knowledge of the Office suite

• 🗣️ Excellent communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written

🏢 Experience from the real estate industry is a merit.

• 📍 Location: Västerås (on-site work)

• 📆 Assignment period: February 2026 – August 2026 (with the possibility of extension)
