Divisions Controller for Exciting Consulting Assignment

We are now looking for a Divisions Controller for an exciting consulting assignment with a client in the defense industry. The assignment is located in Arboga or Linköping and is a temporary position until May 31, 2027.

You will become an important part of a rapidly growing business where you work closely with management and contribute to developing the business, strengthening profitability, and creating good financial control.

About the Position

In the role of Divisions Controller, you will work closely with the business and be an active partner to managers and leadership in financial matters. You will be responsible for monitoring and analyzing the division's business development and providing decision-making support that drives the business forward.

You will be part of the division's management team and collaborate closely with several functions within the organization.

Your Main Responsibilities

• Analyze and follow up on the division's financial performance.
• Provide decision-making support and analyses to improve profitability and goal fulfillment.
• Be proactive in financial monitoring, budgeting, forecasting, and closing accounts.
• Support the business in financial decisions and business issues.
• Contribute to the development of financial management and business processes.

Who Are You?

• Master's degree in Business Administration or equivalent education.
• 3–7 years of experience as a Business Controller or similar role.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Very good skills in Excel.

It is an advantage if you have experience with:

• Unit4/Agresso.
• Mercur.
• IFS.
