We are looking for a receptionist/service coordinator for our partner.
Who are you?

As a receptionist/service coordinator, you thrive in a service-oriented role where you are the face of the office. You are social, flexible, and have a professional demeanor towards both visitors and colleagues.
You enjoy creating order and structure, can handle multiple tasks simultaneously, and always ensure a good first impression. This role suits you if you like to combine service with administrative tasks.



Qualifications:
  • Excellent knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Experience in reception, service, or administration is an advantage
  • Good computer skills and structured work approach
  • Positive and outgoing personality

Employment type & start date

Consultant assignment of approximately 50% with start in April.



Working hours and salary
  • Extent: approx. 50%
  • Location: Central Västerås
     
  • Salary: According to agreement
