Job Responsibilities
The role involves administrative handling related to all areas and HR processes of the HR department, such as recruitment, employment, rehabilitation, restructuring, and termination of employment. Responsibilities also include drafting minutes and decisions, filing documents, and handling requests for public records.
The work requires a good ability to plan, organize, and work independently in close collaboration with colleagues within the HR department. The role involves daily contact with the university's managers and employees, as well as cooperation with other departments.
Responsibilities also include contributing to the development and improvement of HR administrative processes and personnel administration systems. A particular focus of the role is participation in the development of IT systems related to recruitment, employment, and onboarding.
Tasks related to recruitment and employer branding may also occur.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- An academic degree in HR/Human Resource Management
- Experience with HR issues from a government agency
- Experience in qualified administrative handling of HR issues
- Experience in managing various personnel administrative processes
- Good knowledge of government regulations, collective agreements, and the basics of labor law
- Very good ability to work in various personnel administrative systems
- Development-focused with a good ability to streamline work using, for example, digital support
- Good skills in Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Merits
For this position, it is a merit to have:
- Experience with HR issues at educational institutions
- Experience with the recruitment process
- Good knowledge of the MBL (Co-determination Act) process
- Good knowledge of administrative support for teacher recruitment
- Work experience with ReachMee, Public 360, and Primula
