Job Responsibilities
The role involves administrative handling related to all areas and HR processes of the HR department, such as recruitment, employment, rehabilitation, restructuring, and termination of employment. Responsibilities also include drafting minutes and decisions, registering documents, and handling requests for public records.
The work requires a good ability to plan, organize, and work independently in close collaboration with colleagues within the HR department. The role entails daily contact with the university's managers and employees, as well as cooperation with other departments within the organization. Responsibilities also include contributing to the development and improvement of HR administrative processes and personnel administration systems.
Tasks related to recruitment may also occur.
Qualifications
We are looking for someone who has:
- Relevant post-secondary education in HR/PA or equivalent experience/education as assessed by the employer
- Current experience of work or internship within the HR field
- Previous work experience in the public sector
- Good IT skills
- Good system proficiency, especially with recruitment tools
- Previous experience with administrative support in the recruitment process
- Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
Merits
For this position, it is an asset to have:
- Previous experience in HR administration within the public sector
- An academic degree in HR/PA
- Experience with the recruitment tool ReachMee
