We are now looking for a Tech Recruiter who will also perform administrative tasks related to the management of our framework agreements and call-offs, for our office in Västerås.
About the role
As a Tech Recruiter with us, you will become an important part of our continued growth. You will drive recruitment processes within the Public Sales business area, from first contact to signing. The position is a one-year temporary assignment starting in August 2026.
This includes, among other things:
- Identifying and reaching out to relevant candidates
- Creating and publishing job advertisements
- Conducting structured interviews
- Initiating technical tests and ensuring competence quality
The position is based in Västerås and is a one-year temporary assignment starting in August 2026. You will primarily recruit for Stockholm, but also to some extent for Västerås and Örebro, which means travel may be required.
Who are you?
- We believe you have experience in recruitment within IT/tech and are used to working towards clear goals and processes.
- As a person, you are structured and self-driven, with the ability to drive work all the way to the finish line. You take initiative, build relationships, and thrive in collaboration with both managers and candidates.
- You communicate fluently in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
