Västmanland Dalarna Payroll Administration is a joint administration responsible for payroll management for several municipalities and municipal companies.
We handle approximately 12,000 salaries and pension administration every month, with a focus on high quality, efficiency, and service. With us, you will have the opportunity to be part of a competent and dedicated team that develops the payroll management of the future together.
About the position
We are now looking for a payroll consultant who wants to contribute to our continued development. You will work with payroll administration for our member municipalities and companies, and be an important part in ensuring that our processes are correct, legally secure, and efficient.
Responsibilities
- Management of payroll processes from start to finish
- Contact with managers and employees regarding payroll-related questions
- Interpretation of collective agreements and legislation
- Work in the payroll system Visma
- Participation in development and improvement work within the payroll area
- Experience working digitally and efficiently in various system supports and digital work environments
Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in payroll, economics, or HR – or other equivalent education or experience that can be assessed as equivalent.
- Experience in payroll administration
- Good understanding of labor law and collective agreements
- Good computer skills and experience with payroll systems, preferably Visma
- Ability to work independently and in a structured manner
- Good communication skills in Swedish, both spoken and written
Desirable
- Experience from the public sector
- Experience working in a central payroll function
- Knowledge of multiple collective agreements
- Authorization as a payroll consultant via SRF or equivalent
