In Customer Service, we are about 250 employees. We are now looking for more service-oriented employees for our office in Västerås.
About the Role
The focus of customer service is to provide service and support to PostNord's customers to make the customer's everyday life easier. As a customer service representative, your primary task is to meet the customer via phone. With your competence, ability, and attentiveness, you identify the problem, find an answer/solution that you convey to the customer in a trustworthy manner. You have system support and internal support to assist you. You will be coached by a team leader to develop and achieve success. The employment rate is 100%. Working hours are between 07:55 AM and 06:30 PM on weekdays with varying start and end times. The office is located at Finnslätten in Västerås.
The cases can vary in nature. You need to have analytical skills and be able to communicate with different types of customers, taking responsibility for solving the customer's problem in each interaction. You practice self-leadership and are driven to deliver according to set goals.
There are good opportunities to further develop to become a professional in the most challenging cases or to communicate via other media such as chat and email.
You are a representative of PostNord, and what you do is important to strengthen our common brand and provide customers with positive experiences.
About You

- Have very good communication skills where you can be guiding in conversations but also show great empathy and help the customer absorb information even in challenging situations.

- Overcome obstacles and challenges with the right mental attitude.
- Take responsibility for your own, the team's, and the organization's shared success.
- Treat everyone fairly and with respect both in your team and in contact with customers. This by being friendly, simple, credible, and having the right attitude.
In terms of competence, you have:
- Preferably previous experience in customer service or other work with a clear service and customer focus.
- A complete high school diploma.
- Good ability to handle Swedish and English in both speech and writing.
- Good computer skills, comfortable using a computer as a primary working tool and proficient in basic programs such as the Office suite.
Additional language skills and work experience in the customer service industry or service professions are meritorious. We also view it positively if you have work experience within PostNord's operations.
