In the role of salesperson at Elgiganten Erikslund, your most important task is to help our customers find the right technology for their everyday lives – whether it's the first TV for their new home, the right computer for their studies, or a mobile that actually lasts the whole day.

You will be part of a wonderful team in Västerås that is passionate about sales, service, and providing a fantastic customer experience. • A genuine interest in sales, service, and meeting people – you simply enjoy talking to customers.
• Experience in retail, customer service, or another sales role (preferably at least 1–2 years of experience, but the right attitude weighs heavily).

• The ability to explain technology in a simple way, regardless of whether the customer is tech-savvy or a complete beginner.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written, as well as basic knowledge of English.
• The ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends according to schedule.
