Summer position as a receptionist at Förarprov in Västerås Job Responsibilities

Welcome to apply for a summer job as a receptionist with us at Förarprov in Örebro. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to ensuring that every customer feels welcome, receives clear information, and has the best conditions to demonstrate their skills. Your main responsibilities include greeting our customers at the reception, conducting ID checks, and assisting our customers with their driving license photography. Some administrative tasks may occur. The work involves contact with external visitors as well as internal collaboration with colleagues in the office.

Duration of the summer job: 2026-06-08 - 2026-08-31

Each summer job is advertised separately. This means that you need to apply for each summer job you are interested in. If you meet the requirements, you may be considered for multiple summer jobs and thus contacted by several different managers for an interview.

If you meet the requirements in the advertisement and proceed in the recruitment process, you will be required to complete web-based selection tests. As a person, you are solution-oriented and have the ability to understand various tasks and solve the situations that arise. You have good collaboration skills, are engaged, and perform your tasks reliably. You are motivated by active participation where you responsibly take charge of your tasks while being aware of how you are part of and contribute to the whole by collaborating with others.

We are looking for someone who

• is at least 23 years old, which is the minimum age to conduct knowledge tests according to the Transport Agency's regulations on authorizing test conductors
• has an ongoing university education or has completed such education in 2024 or later.
• holds a driving license for a manual transmission car
• has good knowledge of Swedish in both spoken and written form
• has good knowledge of English in spoken form
