MTC Powder Solutions is on an exciting growth journey. In just a few years, we have grown from 35 to 65 employees and we continue to move forward with clear expansion plans. Recently, an HR consultant has laid a foundation and created structure in our working methods. Now we are looking for someone who wants to take over, build further, and develop the HR work long-term together with us.

This is a role for you who enjoy working closely with the business, who want to build trust and contribute to a positive culture in an organization where a lot is happening.

About MTC Powder Solutions
MTC is a Swedish industrial company located in Hallstahammar, specializing in the manufacturing of components based on powder metallurgy. Our solutions are used in critical production environments such as aerospace, defense, and nuclear power – where precision, safety, and quality are crucial.

We operate globally, and approximately 80% of our business is international. The company is part of the Japanese Metal Technology Co. Ltd., which has a long-term perspective on our development and expansion in Europe. With continued growth ahead, we now want to further strengthen our HR function.

The Role
As the HR Manager, you will step into an organization in strong development. Your mission is to make HR a natural, accessible, and appreciated support in everyday life, a function that contributes to security, clarity, and a positive collaborative climate throughout the organization.

You will be the company’s central HR person and work independently in the role, with close collaboration with management and supervisors. The role is broad and varied, sometimes strategic and forward-looking, sometimes hands-on and operational. Above all, it is about creating security, clarity, and good collaborations as the organization continues to grow.

An important part of the mission will be to build and strengthen HR processes, support managers in their leadership, develop competence and training structures, and contribute to a culture characterized by openness, responsibility, and constructive dialogue.

Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for someone with experience in broad HR work who thrives in an independent role where you can take responsibility and drive issues forward. You feel secure in labor law, collective agreements, and managerial support, and you enjoy combining structure with close and trusting collaboration with the business.

You appreciate environments where things develop and change, and you have a way that makes people feel secure in dialogue with you. You dare to have difficult conversations when necessary, but do so with respect, clarity, and a solution-focused approach.

It is important that you have experience from an industrial or production environment, and if you also have experience in HR digitalization or competence and certification work, it is a plus. However, the most important thing is your ability to build trust and contribute to a positive development of the organization.

Why MTC
With us, you will have a key role in a company in strong development where HR has an important place in the continued journey. We combine industrial stability with an entrepreneurial spirit and short decision-making paths, and we are proud of the culture we build together.

MTC is a growing and profitable company with stable and long-term owners. We have recently moved into brand new, modern premises that reflect our ambition and future vision. Here, there are good opportunities to develop together with engaged colleagues in an international and high-tech environment.

We offer competitive terms, wellness benefits, selectable benefits days, and a workplace where community and well-being are a natural part of everyday life.

The location is at the factory in Hallstahammar
